Kimberley Welk, LMFT

Kimberley Welk, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2006, is the owner and clinical director of Kimberley Welk and Associates llc, Family Therapy Center. Kimberley sees clients at the Green Bay office.

Her clientele base is quite diverse seeing individuals, couples, families, children, and the intellectually disabled. Her approach to therapy is integrative which allows therapy to be tailored to each individual client. She has training in EMDR therapy, trauma, and PREPARE/ENRICH which is an assessment for premarital and married couples. She has worked with diagnoses ranging from depression, anxiety, anger management, grief, parenting skills building, suicide risk, to personality disorders and much more.

She is a graduate of UW-Stout, where she obtained her master's degree. Kim has a background in in-home therapy, academics as a college professor and student services director, and private practice. In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Kimberley Welk has presented at the Wisconsin Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and to general audiences speaking on a variety of topics.

Steve Wille, LPC

Steve Wille is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin since 2006. Steve is the Clinical Supervisor at the Manitowoc office.

His clientele base is quite diverse working with children, adolescents, and young adults from various backgrounds in multiple settings. His approach is integrative and has worked with a wide range of diagnoses ranging from anxiety issues, ADHD, anger management, eating disorders, blended families, and families of adoption and foster-care, and many more. Adoption is a special interest for Steve as he became an adoptive father in 2007.

Steve earned his master's degree from Marquette University. He previously worked as a teacher and coach in cross county and track and field. Steve has experience in in-home counseling and outpatient therapy. He enjoys watching his clients utilize their own strengths and talents to make changes and find personal growth.

Megan VandenBosch, LMFT

Megan VandenBosch, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2017, is the Assistant Clinic Director at the Green Bay location.

Her clientele base is quite diverse working with children, adolescents, individual adults, families, and couples from various backgrounds. Her approach is integrative, and she has worked with a wide range of diagnoses ranging from anxiety issues, depression, defiant behavior, anger management, couple and parenting skill building, and much more.

She is a graduate of UW-Stout, where she obtained her master's degree. Megan has a background in day treatment services for children and adolescents, in-school therapy, and outpatient therapy.

Whitney Stager, LMFT

Whitney Stager has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Wisconsin since 2000.  Whitney is licensed in both the state of Illinois and Wisconsin to practice Marriage and Family Therapy. Whitney sees clients at the Green Bay location.

Her clientele base includes families, couples, children, teens and individuals.  She has had a life-long passion to assist others struggling within interpersonal relationship and family conflict.  She has also been involved in pre-marital preparation and has worked with clients experiencing depression, marital problems, trauma, parenting issues and more.

In order to assist her clients in the best way possible, Whitney expanded her therapeutic tool belt to include Pragmatic/Experiential Therapy for Couples (PET-C), as well as receive specialty partner trauma training from the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialist (APSATS).

Whitney is a graduate of Purdue University – Calumet.  In addition to serving her clients, Whitney has served on the board of directors of the Wisconsin Association for Marriage and Family Therapy as a Director at Large (2011-2013) and has had a role in both the newsletter, as well as being the Conference Chair.  Whitney has dedicated time as a pre-marriage preparation volunteer for over 10 years.  Whitney also has a private practice in Kaukauna, WI.

Becky Beall, LMFT

Becky Beall has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2014. She sees clients at the Green Bay location. 

Her clientele base includes children, adolescents, parents, and families. As a therapist she has a passion for working in a family centered environment. She believes families and individuals ultimately have the answers to create change, and the ability to generate sustaining change.

Becky adapts various theoretical orientations to help meet each client and family needs. She has training in Brainspotting, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She has worked with clients struggling from depression, anxiety, PTSD, AD/HD, OCD, co-parenting, emotional-behavioral disorders in early childhood, and family conflict. Becky specializes in issues related to early childhood disorders.

She is a graduate from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota where she earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition to outpatient therapy, Becky has provided School-Based Mental Health Services, Mental Health Consultation to in-home practitioners and teachers serving children 0-5 years of age.

Amber Baugnet, LPC

Amber Baugnet, a Licensed professional counselor since 2013, sees clients at the Green Bay location.

Her clientele base is working with children, adolescents, individual adults, and families from various backgrounds. Amber primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specializes in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has worked with a wide range of diagnoses ranging from anxiety issues, depression, defiant behavior, anger management, parenting skill building, and much more.  

She is a graduate of Carson Newman college of Jefferson City, TN., where she obtained her master's degree. Amber has a background in residential treatment services for children and adolescents, in-school therapy, in home therapy, and outpatient therapy.  She also has an interest in using art and play in therapy sessions.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, doing anything outdoors (camping, fishing, hiking, kayaking etc.) and with her pets.  Amber also enjoys arts and crafts.  She has two dogs, and two cats.

Lou Hang, LMFT-IT

Lou Hang, a Marriage and Family Therapist-in training, has joined Kimberley Welk and Associates, Family Therapy Center as she works towards licensure.

Lou is a graduate of Nyack College located in Nyack, New York, where she obtained her Master’s degree.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Youth/Social Ministry from Crown College located in St. Bonifacius, MN.

Lou has experience working with individuals such as children, teens and adults.  She has also worked with couples, families and adults with cognitive disabilities.  Lou also has experience with AODA group therapy using a cognitive-behavioral approach.  She has worked with various diagnoses such as depression, adjustment disorder, and PTSD.  Lou understands that not everyone is alike; for this reason, her approach to therapy is integrative, tailoring to the needs of each client.

Outside of the clinical setting Lou works with the Hmong community.  She is bilingual in English and Hmong.
